A plan to widen Red Bridge Road and replace the bridge over the Blue River came to a standstill Wednesday in the Kansas City Council's Operations Committee. Terry "World's Worst Overpaid Trashman" Riley gave the trucking industry equal time while Chuck Eddy is sending cryptic messages like "I have the votes!" in his attempt to destroy South KC homes.
