JE Dunn Construction Co. on Wednesday threatened to scrap plans for a new headquarters in Kansas City. In other words, one of KC's biggest developers clearly demonstrates that Kay's precedent of grabbing ankle for every construction project is dangerous given that everyone expects the same treatment.
