Mark Forsythe has some AMAZING comments on the East Village deal with JE Dunn. Read this and realize that nobody running for elected office in KC thinks this way and that's why he would be perfect for the job given that nearly every other member of the Council has done their best to kowtow to construction people and follow our Mayor's example.
