Kansas City Councilman Charles Eddy will introduce an ordinance Thursday that would mimic Overland Park's new law, prohibiting smoking in restaurants and bars as of Jan. 2, 2008. As this town bends (grabs ankle) to his will and makes sure not to disturb his meals.
