Can our local commuter campus attract a crowd?

UMKC says that it wants more students . . . Except, you know . . . Blacks and Latinos. And please don't send me e-mails about doctored enrollment stats. Truth is, The University's continued support of Kris Kobach is one reason OF MANY that it hasn't been able to attract Latinos or make much headway in my community and I've always been amazed how few Black people attend the college given that it's one block away from Troost.
