This is a great strategy for the opposition in the upcoming vote. KCTV 5 reports: "More than a dozen former cancer patients are suing St. Luke's Hospital, the Community Blood Center, the Cancer Center and others involved with a local stem cell transplant program.
The lawsuit claims the Kansas City Blood and Marrow Transplant Program failed to ensure that the stem cells it gave to patients were in good condition."
