"If murder was legal, who would you harm?"

Silly white kids were recently busted for a so-called "hit list" in Overland Park. Sad, thing is they simply needed to adjust their vocabulary and terminology just a little bit in order to make the note perfectly acceptable.

First of all, it's not called murder . . . You simply refer to dead people as casualties and you can openly dispute their number if anyone questions you. And as far as the legality of murder goes, the kids just needed to learn that once you change the name of people you plan on killing then you can not only murder them but also torture them as well . . . Especially if we're talking about brown people.
