Drugs are not solely responsible for KC Crime

When the rate of violence increases in this town (or anywhere for that matter) there is always a rush to blame something like drugs or video games or the lack of school prayer or the availability of guns but this view doesn't take into account all of the societies in this world where any one of those things are pervasive. Personally, I'd like to blame this kind of simple cause and effect thinking for recent violence and part of the reason why this town is better at holding vigils than preventing violence.
