Yael Abouhalkah loves tax increases

Here's the money line from a column featured today in The Star about the city wasting a good portion of the funds set aside for infrastructure improvements:

"And yes, Kansas Citians, it could take a tax increase to more effectively fix basic assets."

Either that or it could take a mayor who wasn't so ruthlessly dedicated to building monuments to herself like some kind of crazy Egyptian pharaoh (funny if you remember that it was the Tall Israelis who got her elected like every other Mayor "they" pick for this town). Good to know that Mr. Boom-shaka-laka-boom-shaka-laka-boom has found a cozy spot in Country Club Kay's crotch now that he is out of the pocket of the Stadium Tax supporters.

  1. Yes! Now that white people are moving back to the city we must fix the basic services that we didn't care about when their shittiness only effected black people and Mexicans.

Tax the poor to subsidise infrastructure for the rich! After all, they're mostly living in tax abated condos.
