what's more funny/discouraging is the fact that the city ("city") is listing these homes at tens of thousands less, per its "kansas city dream program" (c more @ www.kcmo.org, on the front page, unless "the media" has once again shamed them into hiding data).
ReplyDeleteson of a _____: my "household" is technically too median to qualify for the free 20% down payment (advertised for anything $150k or less), yet realistically too poor to afford actually a $270,000 home on a dead-end-esque half-abandonned street.
