Lights out in Roanoke

Local crooks are stealing porch lights in Roanoke. What the hell would you do with a stolen porch light? They are worth like 5 bucks and they're usually covered with dead moths after about a week in springtime. Obviously, these guys are somehow connected to the underpants gnomes.
