Ah, the warmer weather is here and it's about to melt away all progress that local politicos have been bragging about concerning crime/murder numbers. Also, how cold do you have to be to rob an ice cream shop? Finally, I never understood that old kid's song until now . . . There is no way I would ever "scream for ice cream" unless, of course, there was a gun in my face.
