Pizza in KC

This could be the most important thing you read today. Please leave your favorite local pizza joints in the comments section. Bloggers may not beat the Stadium Tax but at least this town will be well informed when it comes to places where you can get a decent slice.

Seriously, I need suggestions because the cardboard box tastes better than what Pizza Hut is serving up nowadays.

Waldo Pizza. D'Bronx.

I can't voice an opinion on Kansas City Kitty's choices - I try to avoid eating in Johnson County.

Pizza 51 is the shit!!! Totatly f'ing awesome pizza. Better than sex with your mom! Women scream in pleaser when they eat it. The place is full of half necked lesbians looking for average looking guys. I ate their pizza then won the lottery the next day. It is so great that it cures cancer baby!!

Papa Kenos in downtown overland park is good if it didn't get burned down in the fire.

Domino's Motherfucker. I'm serious. They are underrated. And I like their policy of not delivering to Black people.

Kelso's (North Kansas City) and Grinder's (KCMO, 18th & McGee) both offer extraordinarily good pizzas. Both offer large and individual sizes while Grinder's also offers pizza by-the-slice. Minsky's in the City Market has incredibly slow service but the pizza and sandwiches are good and it's one of the best places in town to go hang out to see sports. The best traditional pizza in my opinion comes from Fun House Pizza, the 40 Hwy location in Independence.

I guess dropping the Pizza Street bomb would be out of the question?

3.99 or something for as much as you can stomach. I mean eat.

Seriously...it's a fuckin buffet! The pizza isn't worth the shit you could get out of the oven, but if you really want an insight into really poor, really trashy, and why poor people need better contraception, go there.

I actually like it.

Pizza 51 rules. I have no idea about the Johnson County places either. I assume JoCo pizza is like JoCo mexican or barbeque.

If you go bargain hunting. Costco on Linwood actually cooks up a good, cheap slice while you shop for bulk items.

domnios thing is hilfuckinlarious. all pizza sucks here except old chicagos original deep dish classic andddd Da Bronx on 39th, just east of that medical center i think, or something. Da Bronx is kinda pricy, but you wont regret eating that stuff. as for pizza street, any food that you get unlimited quantities of for under 4 dollars, around here, are for heavy hitters

I'm a big fan of the place next to the Grand Emporium -- Antonio's? Minksy's is always good. And I do like Joe's Pizza in Westport for my 2 am cravings...

I personally can't stand Pizza 51. I think it's just flat out nasty.
