KC Conflict of Interest?

This local blogger isn't out to get Mel Solomon but she sure is good at digging up dirt on the 4th District candidate. It seems that yet another one of Solomon's publicity stunts has gone awry. The registration of his web page seems a tad suspect in that most non-profits are obliged to stay out of politics.
KCADC, or Kansas City Area Development Council is the registered owner of this site, and this is where my question comes in. Since they are a registered non-profit, doesn't that negate them from tinkering in political campaigns, like registering and administrating a site for a political candidate?
So not only are there several potholes in and around Brookside that Solomon has yet to tend to but there also seems to be a few holes in his campaign strategy as well. Actually, I'm hoping that it just slipped the guy's mind and it's not a sign of oncoming dementia. It's hard to tell with guys his age.

  1. The link is dead for now. No telling what happened. The secret forces of Mel Solomon may be at work but I still think the whole things sounds a little shady.
