Another letter from John Manard

Today, KC's favorite area con sends out another note out to KMBC's Peggy Breit which I think is aiming a little high since she obviously has a better head on her shoulders than the dog lady he managed to con. You can't blame a dude from trying. I've found the only thing to do is make fun of any broad dumb enough to fall for it.

If you're lucky, you don't know anybody in jail but if you've had experience with it then you are aware that writing letters, making deals to get time off and anal rape are the top three activities for guys in the can. That's why jail is such a horrible place and only a half-wit would trust somebody like Manard or believe a word they say. Toby Young seems to be the easiest mark but now the local media seem to be falling victim to his charms.
