    Today my office welcomed a new member by taking him to lunch at Garozzo's.

    I always drive separately (because I'm the only smoker).

    As I was driving through what used to be "Little Italy" (now "Little Vietnam") I saw a rundown old two-story building with a big banner advertising "Luxury Lofts!"

    OK. Guess luxury is in the eye of the leaseholder.
