KC Councilman Bill Skaggs can't keep his wife in check

How do you expect to run a city when you can't control your wife? A recent public argument by Bill Skaggs and his ball and chain clearly demonstrates that the councilman is not in control. The only saving grace that the Councilman can lean on is that maybe The Star was more apt to note to his wife's complaints than him. Still, while I appreciate the Councilman's egalitarian views on the public art on display at the Airport I'd like to know that my civic leaders are in control in their homes as well.

Actually, henpecked Skagss may not have the worst situation when it comes to the home lives of local leaders. If you do any investigating at all you'll find the kids of many local politicos are the most out of control and drug crazed people in the city. Which might explain their lust of many politicians for some semblance of authority.
