It looks like a nice set up and it's probably the only local real estate development that isn't dependent upon TIF money. Best of luck to the BDFS guys as they continue to build on their success. Remember, the nail gun is not a toy.
Actually, the new FRB building is taking 0 dollars in public incentives. Probably did to shut up the Star and City Hall about leaving the loop.

ReplyDeleteThe bdfs RAWKS the local music scene. they are the ONLY ones doing this stuff. looks like their success nationwide is increasing while Kansas City ignores them.
ReplyDeleteI listened to them constantly in KC before that AM station sold out and dropped them. Sad that they have not learned that they have to buy people off and kiss people in the hole to make it in radio here. This is another example of KC having something great started right here. It is given attention nationwide but corporate mongruls in KC continue to ignore because they refuse to accept that something good should actually be in KC. Radio sucks here and them not able to find a station here proves it more every day.
