Negotiators expect to conclude the talks for new 25-year leases with the teams by Dec. 19, Mike White, an attorney for the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority, told the Jackson County Legislature on Monday.
White said the price tag for upgrades to Kauffman and Arrowhead stadiums would be more than $400 million.
