Run over

Once again, the season is a bust for the Chiefs. Here are a few thoughts about KC's 500 million dollar team.

1. Dick Vermeil is too old to coach a football team and Gunther is too. Coaches are supposed to be daddies to football players who often don't know their real fathers. Unfortunately, the KC coaching staff is far too old to fulfill that role and instead comes off looking like Grandpas who shouldn't even be trusted with the remote control.

2. Arm tackles: The defense is only good for arm tackles and serving as extras in the background on the highlight reels of opposing teams.

3. No class: Under pressure, you get a clue as to what kind of person you are . . . The Chiefs are comprised mainly of whiney coaches who get easily frustrated when the chips are down coupled with show boat players that are more comfortable at local bars or smacking around women than facing tough competition.

4. I told you so. This gives me no pleasure. Okay, yeah it does.

5. The same people who mindlessly support the Chiefs are akin to the people who mindlessly support the war in Iraq. While the Chiefs are soon to cost this town a lot of money just like Iraq, luckily the only lives in danger when it comes to the Chiefs are those of bar skanks and groupies . . . and as long as there are community colleges, there will always be a steady supply of those hookers.

Comments

  1. All I want for "Holidays:"

The one-in-a-million mathematical possibility which allows the Chiefs to back into the playoffs.

So Denver can humiliate them in round 1.

    PLEASE!
