Kris Kobach, please stay in Cali

I guess there aren't enough Mexicans around KC for Kris Kobach to persecute so he's taking his act on the road in order to keep brown kids out of college.

Kris Kobach, who filed the Kansas litigation, was asked to join the California team of lawyers suing that state's public university system in an attempt to overturn the tuition law there. Kobach is a law professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He ran unsuccessfully to represent Kansas ’ 3rd Congressional District in 2004.

Kobach's effort to make life harder for a handful of Mexicans students at KU was ultimately unsuccessful. His Congressional run gave Republicans a sound beating. And I wonder if picking a loser like this to represent the anti-immigration crowd isn't somehow fitting. Arguing against cheap labor and lower prices is akin to pissing in the wind in a culture that wants everything (including white women) quick and cheap.

Actually, I wish Kobach a lot of luck, he's gonna need if he couldn't build a consensus here and is now forced to travel to a place where whites are the minority.
