Qualifications: You must be pretentious enough to use the word "docent" rather than just calling the position what it is: tour guide. I had to look it up myself because I'm a foo (not a fool, just a foo) and I have no class. However, I bet working at the Kemper is actually quite trying, I couldn't imagine keeping a stick up my ass and calling it modern art for 8 hours a day.
