The former Citi Centre Plaza Hotel at 1215 Wyandotte St. could soon become a Holiday Inn. This marks one of the few times that TIF money would benefit local hookers and skanks who were not directly involved with city politics. Also, would someone please explain how complimentary silver dollar pancakes will help this town's economy?
