BlogKC provides the details of a recent Pitch cover story. Apparently, only a few of the malls in KC are doing well. Like everything else in this city, the phenomenon seems to be based on racial stereotypes. Which is odd, I'm a horrible racist but I'm not aware of any group of people who scare me so much that I wouldn't enjoy an Orange Julius in their company.
