Cauthen recently sent a memo to the City Council outlining more than $100 million worth of special projects council members and civic organizations have endorsed but that do not have identified sources of funding.
Here are the top four projects on which Cauthen wants to waste money this town doesn't have:
American Royal improvements: Don't know why, if you go there then you're used to living in shit.
American Royal master plan: Why do they need money for that? Screwing your sister and hoping that your prize pig pulls in rent money is hardly a plan.
Music Hall improvements: $9 million bucks for shows that you're just gonna sleep through anyway.
Police academy roadway improvements: Shut up Grandma or you get the taser, cops get their road work done first.
Performing arts center: Slap the next rich music lover you know. When they ask why, send them a link to this post. The PAC is an insult to everybody in town without a trust fund. If we're gonna give millions of this town's money to bitchy white women, I'd rather they be strippers.
