Homicide rate likely to keep increasing, KC police chief says

He may not be bright, motivated or ambitious. But at least our Police Chief is honest. I guess if this town as an aging divorcée with a few kids, saggy boobs and a house payment we would be more willing to settle. But I’m not any of those things and I’m surprised the reporter didn't ask, “So what the fuck are you gonna do about it, Chief?”
