Notice top tier rent is claiming to be 1900 a month which would probably be 2k by the time they are built. If HUD were to back the deal then yes low income style residents would probably move in and that's really not to bad as there is a Dollar General across the street sitting in the perfect location to support low income residents. Truth be known this is a shit piece of property and the city should leap at anyone wanting to pay the costs to build on it.
