Kansas Debates Driver's License Gender Switcheroo Redux

Another glimpse at a controversial court decision that won't really impact 99% of the public. 

Still . . . It makes for great political flexing . . . Check-it:  

"Transgender Kansans can once again change the gender marker on their driver's licenses.

The change follows a Kansas Supreme Court decision not to hear an appeal related to Senate Bill 180.

This ends a nearly two-year pause on gender marker changes that was ordered by a lower court judge."
