According to court documents, Kansas City Missouri Police Department officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance Monday at 1:05 p.m. When they arrived, a Kansas City Area Transport Authority security officer had 31-year-old FEMALE SUSPECT handcuffed to a pole inside the bus.
A victim was located outside on a bench bleeding from his legs.
