Kansas City Toy Train Streetcar Attempts Journey Across Bridge Again

This scheme isn't "new" but it offers a glimpse at a fundamental aspect of this outdated mode of transit: 

If the toy train doesn't keep expanding than it'll eventually die . . . In the coming years when transit funds MIGHT NOT flow as freely . . . The ponzi scheme economics of this operation threaten to implode.
