The new garage would address complaints we've heard from fans about the parking situation near the stadium since it opened earlier this year.

PCA's plan, which carries an estimated $80 million price tag, is a reduction from their initial $125 million proposal.

If approved, the project is expected to take around 18 to 24 months to complete.
