Arson Charges Against Kansas City Suspect After Alleged Westport Fire Bombing

According to court documents, the Kansas City Fire Department was sent to Haha’s Kebabs and Shawarma restaurant to see what caused the fire. Investigators found heavy damage to parts of the restaurant and could smell gasoline . . . [When SUSPECT] was interviewed, he said he could not remember most of the night because he had smoked “wet cigarettes.” The National Library of Medicine says “wet cigarettes” are marijuana cigarettes laced with other substances or chemicals.
