Kansas City Progressive Groups Ramp Up Attacks Amid Silly Season Climax

We haven't heard from "The Sunrise Movement" in a minute.

The were silent about that Nord Stream 2 sketchy disaster.

They haven't said much about the eco-impact of the downtown stadium in KC.

And they've pretty much disappeared since the midterms.

However . . . All of these Ozone days must have sparked these Eco-warriors back into action. Either that, or, ya know . . . The election is in less than a week.

Either way . . .

Here's their latest blast . . .

"Richard Chaves, Jr. is a 27-year-old millionaire buying KCMO City Council seats for his parking & development business interests. Lindsay French, Dan Tarwater, and Darrell Curls–the opponents of our endorsed champions—have accepted thousands from Chaves, a right-wing extremist."

That's a tough charge.

The Twitter rant is a bit of campaigning for KC Tenants Power candidates.

As we've noted . . . KC Tenants Power have yet to file very much in the way of campaign finance reporting.

Still . . .

It's not our job to make judgements . . .

Their posting is nasty and just a bit desperate but the argument didn't get much attention except for this response:

"Why can’t y’all actually try - just try - to solve problems on a practical pragmatic level and not post sh*t and do nothing else"

You decide . . .
