Politically charged celebration of tax cuts hasn't lived up to expectations. 

To be fair, this always was a bi-partisan effort . . . But Guv Kelly worked the rhetoric to her advantage during her recent reelection.

Accordingly . . . Here's a slice of life reminding readers that election season bragging never really has that much benefit in the lives of locals . . .
