Real Life: Homeless Camp Harsh Times Hit The Northland

This story was interesting if only because our neighbors on the nice side of the bridge don't want anyone to know that urban problems have found a path that moves them closer to suburban bliss.

Make no mistake . . . The decline of the middle-class is real and homeless camps rising across the metro provide another important reminder of this fact. 

Thankfully, the news of a recent death doesn't seem to be so sinister and is really just sorta sad . . .

Clay County Sheriff's Office investigates man's death at homeless camp

SOURCE: KMBC The Clay County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating a man's death Thursday at a homeless camp at Interstate 435 and Randolph Road.Authorities said a preliminary investigation showed no signs of foul play.The sheriff's office said investigators were still gathering evidence and talking to witnesses.
