Kansas City Leaders Cling To COVID Crackdown Despite Voter Fatigue

As of late we notice that even "Blue State" leaders are pushing back against COVID crackdowns yet, locally, our cowtown politicos are backing more mask & vaxx requirements along with continued social distancing.

Just a few examples . . .

Again, Mayor Q is staying far away from the public for his state of the city speech today. 

Roeland Park & Prairie Village decided to mask up until March.

COVID masks are required for everyone on public transit throughout the Kansas City metro.

Honestly, TKC doesn't have an opinion here given that the Delta & Omicron variants proved that COVID have the potential to devastate locals and crowd hospitals. 

Brazen bad advice cost many vulnerable people their lives in 2021 when they should have been more cautiously avoiding the plague.
