Kansas City Homeless Shelters Already Full?!?

Temperatures are falling fast and already it looks like local resources are going to be stretched thin this winter.

Bad news for this morning . . . The shelters are filling up quickly despite a citywide plan and more cash sent their way.

Here's the word . . .
