Kansas City Metro Homecoming Causes COVID Outbreak?!?!

TKC doesn't like blogging about high school drama but as of late local news seems to be focused on the NextGen.

Accordingly . . . A local tradition is now confronted by the plague.

The Unified Government Public Health Department said eight cases have been identified with the event.

Health officials urge any students or staff who went to homecoming to get tested for COVID-19 and monitor for symptoms of the virus.

COVID-19 outbreak linked to Piper High School homecoming, health officials say

A COVID-19 outbreak has been linked to the Piper High School homecoming, according to Wyandotte County Health officials. The homecoming event was held on Sept. 18.
