Whatever hack claimed that the term Orwellian” has lost all meaning certainly wasn't examining local surveillance culture and so many Internets spy cams now passing for entertainment.

Check new dystopian KC programming which should serve to remind us that mobile phone obsession and not foreign conspiracy likely helped kill American liberty.

'Caught in the Act' debuts every Monday, Wednesday at 6 p.m. on KCTV5

FAIRWAY, KS (KCTV) -- We are surrounded by cameras. Surveillance cameras, smartphone cameras and even doorbell cameras have become popular. Nearly every day in the metro those cameras capture a crime as it's happening. That's why KCTV is debuting "Caught in the Act."

  2. after a few months of "cams in action" we could total all of the times the crimes happen and then get an average of the time of day when this stuff is most likely to happen.
