Kansas City Homicide #8: Triple Shooting Near Swope Park Spikes 2021 Killing Over Last Year's Record Breaking Pace
Last year local killing hit a historic high in Kansas City and authorities struggled to keep up with carnage. Now in Mid-January the murder count threatens to surpass that level as both politicos and police didn't really have any answer or any new ideas to curb this deadly trend.

This is the 8th murder so far this year compared to 7 at this date on the calendar last year.
Thankfully, it's still pretty early in 2021 and maybe that stimulus money could quiet tempers.

Of course violence will persist in Kansas City. And the mayor and the council won't do much but posture but you also have to look at how all of the shut downs contribute to the violence. People locked out of any other activity are going to get up to no good.

Meanwhile, in the major leagues, Baltimore has 8 murders and Chicago has 26. Philadelphia has 17 and St Louis has 10. Our hood rats wouldn’t last a week in those cities.
