Family of man found dead in the cold hopes to find his dog
Scott Eicke, who was homeless, died in the cold near 24th Street and Woodland Avenue.His family said that while he was struggling, he was always there for others in need. Eicke's parents are now looking for his dog, Deebo. Anyone with information on the dog is asked to call 816-289-7705.
