Danforth Disputes Missouri Senator Hawley On Capitol Riot Denial: 'Baloney!!!'

A Missouri Republican elder statesman continues to hold the MAGA Nextgen leader accountable for a fist pump and tough talk.

Here's the latest as billboards are soon to go up damanding Senator Hawley's resignation . . .

“He was instrumental by his actions in creating perhaps the darkest day in American history. He brought it about,” the 84-year-old Republican said Thursday on Missouri radio station KMOX. “He said repeatedly that this election is in doubt and it’s going to be decided on this momentous day of Jan. 6, so he created this situation.”

Why dont you run against him in the next election and let’s see who agrees with whom

  2. Sorry, he’s allowed to dispute the results of the election. Democrats did it in 2016 with no evidence at all. Not only that, but Democrats supported and encouraged the 7 months of racist riots by BLM this past summer, even going so far as to bail the rioters out of jail. The hypocrisy is astounding.

  3. ^^^ 2000, 2004 which was Barry obummers coming out party and 2016. Obummer and hitlery led the pack of challengers in 2004.

What’s not surprising is the fact that the last three duly elected republican presidents there was an electoral college challenge, each time the crybabies demanded that the electoral college be eliminated.

danforth got his ass kicked by John Ashcroft in 1995 and outside of a surprisingly short six month job as ambassador to the un he’s been dead silent on everything, why speak up now? He has no pull in anything other than opening his fat old ass mouth for a paid gig as a mouth piece for lame stream media, I guess he saw how much money air Claire was making and decided lying was worth the cash. Exposed.

Technically back in danforths days missouri was a Democrat stronghold, he could be blamed for turning the state red, that and he’s a preacher like the cleave! Hahahahaha!

  4. Not one cop was hurt or killed during the peaceful protests this last summer by those wanting accountability from the police. The one magat protest left 6 dead, 2 cops from suicide, one beat to death by a blue line matters flag holder, and 3 magats who up a died on their own.

Serious case of whattaboutism, 11:06. No one before Jan. 6 incited a riot to question an election. You are right that your hypocrisy is astounding.

  10. Officers injured: The New York Post reported on June 8, citing the U.S. Justice Department, that more than 700 law enforcement officers were injured on the job during nationwide protests over Floyd’s death.

People killed: In early June, news accounts reported the number of people killed during the Floyd protests at roughly a dozen, or as many as 19. The victims include a 77-year-old man who was a retired St. Louis police captain and a 22-year-old woman from Davenport, Iowa.

This is from the New York post on June 8th.... last I heard was 1100 cops injured and 9 cops died. At least fifty had to medically retire due to injuries sustained during the riots.

  11. Acting DHS Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli told Fox News’s “The Story with Martha MacCallum” on Tuesday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi requested more National Guards be sent to Washington, D.C., even requesting “crew-manned machine guns” – a sharp contrast between how she reacted when President Donald Trump wanted to use the military to deal with the violence from nationwide Black Lives Matter protests.

"Violence has no place and violence must be addressed," Pelosi told National Public Radio’s (NPR) “All Things Considered” in June 2020. "But there is no reason for the U.S. military to be called out for this."

There are now more troops in D.C. than there are in Iraq and Afghanistan. Nancy peebrain and the dimwit party has officially gone over the edge.

  12. Flashback: Nancy Pelosi praised unionists storming Wisconsin State Capitol

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has gone on record praising the storming of the Capitol as an “impressive show of democracy in action” — the 2011 invasion of the Madison, Wis., state capitol, that is.
Pelosi’s previous comment’s resurfaced following the disturbing assault on the U.S. Capitol earlier this month at the hands of a right wing-mob who stormed the halls of Congress hoping to prevent the certification of the U.S. presidential election.
The assault drew forceful condemnations from both sides of the political aisle — including Pelosi — who wasted little time introducing former President Trump’s second impeachment in the House for “inciting” the violence.

Ten years earlier, unionists stormed the Wisconsin State Capitol in an attempt to block a vote on collective bargaining reform. Thousands of demonstrators managed to enter the building by violently breaking down doors and shattering windows — but the attack garnered much praise from Pelosi and other prominent Democrats at the time.
The occupiers were praised publically by Pelosi for their “impressive show of democracy in action.” The House Speaker took to Twitter to express her “solidarity” with the activists as they attacked the Capitol, and sent senators into hiding until police managed to remove them from the building.
Fox News contributor Mark Thiessen highlighted Pelosi’s previous remarks in a column for the Washington Post earlier this month, oberving that “in other words, Democrats were for occupying capitols before they were against it.”

Eric Holder: “When they go low, we kick them.”
Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ): “Go to the Hill today. Get up and please, get up in the face of some Congresspeople.”
Joe Biden: “They asked me if I would like to debate this gentleman. I said ‘No,’ I said ‘If I were in high school I’d take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.’”
Mickey Rourke: “I’ll meet him in a hotel room, any motherf***ing day of the week, and give hima  Louisville slugger. Kiss my motherf***ing a**.”
Madonna: “Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.”
Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA): “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up, and if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they are not welcome. Anymore. Anywhere.”
Gov. Andrew Cuomo: “He can’t come back to New York. He can’t. He’s gonna walk down the street in New York, forget bodyguards, he better have an army if he thinks he’s gonna walk down the street in New York.”

Johnny Depp: “When was the last time an actor assassinated a president? It’s been a while, and maybe it’s time.”
Big Sean: “If you put this round my neck, and I might just kill ISIS with the same ice pick that I murdered Donald Trump in the same night with.”
Nancy Pelosi, again: “Sunday morning. I just came from Mass, but nonetheless I’ll just say this. If you’re in the arena, you’ve got to be ready to take a punch. You got to be ready to throw a punch, for the children.”
Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT): “Even in states where Donald Trump won big, that it does you any good running away from Donald Trump. I think you need to go back and punch him in the face. I mean, the truth is is this guy is bad for this country.”
Rep. Cynthia Johnson (D-MI): “So this is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful. Walk lightly. We ain’t playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough. And for those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right. Be in order. Make them pay.”

  18. 12:11 - Sadly the FBI is supporting ANTIFA / BLM otherwise these terrorist organizations would have been disbanded years ago.

You have to realize the government is no longer the government of law and order, moralitiy and protector of law abiding citizens that we grew up with.

The U.S. government is funded by global elitists who want nothing more than cheap laober and control of the American populace. Americans are too independent and the global elites do not like that.

Thus the attack on American history, culture and symbols of American pride in country and patriotism.

  22. The only people that don't think people or cops were hurt or killed during the racist BLM and seditionist ANIFA riots watch CNN proclaim the events as peaceful gatherings. OK, lefties. Your leaders, Don Lemon, Brian Steltzer, Anderson Cooper, Chris Cuomo, and others have told you those protests were peaceful and no one was hurt or killed. I was in St. Paul during the riots. I saw the destruction, the random acts of violence against innocent area residents, and the targeted violence toward police officers. The problem is that now that violence is the norm, CNN "reporters" like Ali Velshi think a building burning at the hands of an arsonist is peaceful. People were hurt and hospitalized, and the next morning, downtown St. Paul looked like a war zone (which I also personally witnessed as a US Marine). Peddle your disinformation in your Twitter echo chamber and let it bounce around inside your empty heads.

  23. agree with the rebuke

but "darkest day in our nations history" is a little strong. a touch affected by the recency of the events, I think, to properly make that assessment

gosh there were at least a hundred events in 1861-62 much much worse for the country than the event on 1/6/21
