Local developer class offer visions of sugar plum fairies and denial about the American economy fundamentally shrinking . . .

Given that this time of year, youngsters openly express believe in Santa Claus . . . The persistent downtown renaissance is at least more plausible than unicorns.

    And more corporations ae allowing employees to work from home and will continue to do so after the pandemic is under control.
    And the bloom is certainly off the overpriced apartment rose downtown.
    Maybe an aquarium?
