COVID-19 Surge Sparks Nursing Scarcity

Skilled workers are the most precious resource of any economy. Sadly, the latest pandemic surge continues to put more front line workers on the sidelines.

As COVID-19 Surges, Kansas City Area Hospitals Face Looming Nurse Shortage

Metro area hospitals are getting by for now, but if Covid-19 cases continue unchecked, there will not be enough nurses to open new beds in the near future, Kansas City area hospital and nursing officials say.

  1. The shortage of nurses is very concerning. I have fucked many young nurses over the years and every one of them was a really good fuck. We need a continuous, permanent supply of hot young nurses.

  2. ^^^ true dat, that’s the only reason they become nurses is to give patients passionate BJ’S!

  3. SARS-CoV-2: THE VIRUS THAT TARGETS AFFLUENT WESTERN NATIONS?

Today, let's examine the extremely odd phenomenon in which the SARS-CoV-2 virus seems to have a preference for killing residents in affluent Western societies which enjoy superior healthcare services.

While commonsense and experience might tell you that impoverished nations would be particularly devastated by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, according to the reported statistical data, that is not the case. Has anyone seen evidence of mass graves in Third World countries unable to cope with the pandemic? Please recall that the word "pandemic" refers to a disease spread worldwide.

Let's take a look at the 10 countries that currently (11-28-20) rank as having the greatest number of deaths from SARS-CoV-2 per million population:

    Belgium -- 1407
    San Marino -- 1325
    Peru -- 1082
    Andorra -- 983
    Spain -- 955
    Italy -- 900
    United Kingdom -- 853
    Argentina -- 845
    USA -- 821
    North Macedonia -- 816
    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

Now, before we review some of the countries with significantly lower death rates from SARS-CoV-2, I'm going to purposely omit nations politically opposed to the United States, as some readers will claim that their data is underreported. (Omitted are China -- 3, Russia -- 268, and Iran -- 562)

So, let's look at some Western-allied developed nations with significantly lower death rates (per million population) than here in the United States:
    Taiwan -- 0.3
    New Zealand -- 5
    Singapore -- 5
    South Korea -- 10
    Hong Kong -- 14
    Japan -- 16
    Uruguay -- 22
    Kenya -- 27
    Australia -- 35
    Norway -- 60
    Indonesia -- 61
    Egypt -- 64
    Finland -- 71
    Monaco -- 76
    Iceland -- 76
    Philippines -- 76
    Estonia -- 82
    Jamaica -- 85
    India -- 99
    Denmark -- 142
    Saudi Arabia -- 168
    Germany -- 195
    Israel -- 310
    Canada -- 316
Ok, that's enough. Remember, the USA is 810 deaths per million population. How do you account for the vast discrepancy between these 2 groups?

    1. What skews the US numbers are the liberal run states.
      NJ 1,929 deaths per million
      NY 1,776 deaths per million
      Mass 1,556 deaths per million

  4. Do you believe this virus has the capacity to target specific populations? According to some "community activist" types and KCMO Health Department director Archer, the SARS-CoV-2 virus is racist, zeroing in on people of color, as well as the economically disadvantaged. No explanation has been provided as to how human attributes can be transferred to a microscopic virus particle ( 50–200 nanometers in diameter). Stay tuned.

Finally, I'm going to share with you a report from the World Health Organization (WHO) in which they attempted to rank the members with the best performing efficient healthcare systems:
France -- ranked number 1, best
    Italy
    San Marino
    Andorra
    Malta
    Singapore
    Spain
    Oman
    Austria
    Japan
    Norway
    Portugal
    Monaco
    Greece
    Iceland
    Luxembourg
    Netherlands
    United Kingdom
    Ireland
    Switzerland
    Belgium
    Colombia
    Sweden
    Cyprus
    Germany
    Saudi Arabia
    United Arab Emirates
    Israel
    Morocco
    Canada
    Finland
    Australia
    Chile
    Denmark
    Dominica
    Costa Rica
United States of America -- ranked number 37

Measuring Overall Health System Performance for 191 Countries - WHO | World Health Organization

Now before we wrap-up, I ask that you look back at that first Top Ten listing of the countries with the greatest number of SARS-CoV-2 deaths per million population. Seven of the 10 (Belgium, San Marino, Andorra, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, USA) rank among the world's best performing, most efficient healthcare systems. Do you spot anything suspicious about that? Does it seem counterintuitive?

If you ate exclusively at the world's best restaurants, would you be more likely or less likely to die from food poisoning?

If you lived in the world's top-ranked city for public safety, would you be more likely or less likely to die from a random act of violence like homicide?

If you live in the United States of America, and you get your news primarily from the dominant corporate media groups, would you be more likely or less likely to learn the truth?

Today, AT&T, Comcast, Disney, Viacom/CBS, and internet behemoths Alphabet and Facebook, largely determine what version of the truth is shared with Americans. The question is, do you trust them?

It’s good information, you know, the kind that makes you think for yourself instead of being reliant on twitter and Facebook which are none for manipulating the truth and the facts.

    Think for yourself.

  8. News Media presents escalating number every day, without presenting any proof to back them up. If you tell a big lie long enough, people will begin to believe it, based on history.

  9. Can’t say Americans weren’t told it would happen. Maskless MAGATS cause the spread. They should all be rounded up and sent to FEMA trailer camps to infect and kill each other. Bunch of leeches and roaches, all of them.

  10. Maskless Pink Floyd protestors caused the spread at super spreader events all over the country. And yes, the BLM protestors were maggots. They were Marxist revolutionary maggots who should have been stood up against a wall rather than being allowed to terrorize the nation like they did. If we had called in the military to mow them down in the streets like they deserved we never would have had a second wave of the Kung Flu. A wasted opportunity to get rid of the detritus of society and improve public health as the same time. Pity.

  11. @4:43pm agreed. I blame BLM for each and every one of the additional deaths in kc thanks to their super spreader events.

How dumb do you have to be to gather in those type of crowds during the middle of a worldwide pandemic?!

They should all carry cards saying ‘I gave up my right to medical treatment for covid because I chose to spread it to everyone else’

Give the bed, the nurse, and the ventilator to someone else who deserves it.
