  1. Will the Jackson County judges still be able to give out probation? What will our city do if the judges can't give out all that probation.

  4. Hope KC Municipal Court will be next. I am fighting a minor traffic ticket from August, have an in person hearing for Dec. 28. I'm not going to do a video court where the cop will easily lie. I want to appear in person and the longer this gets postponed the likelier it will be dismissed.

  7. Jean Petersucker Baker is ok with it. She was letting all the felons plead down to misdemeanours anyway. Probation only. Unless, you’re white.

  8. She will give them all a pass. What's the point of the court now anyway? Good luck Jackson County. You're gonna need it! 😏🍿
