Kansas City Experience Overnight

For our fellow night owls, we share this quick glimpse at local video feature nice news and a few "local culture" stories that public TV is promoting in order to make donors and "viewers like you" feel just a bit better about the fate of this cowtown.

Deets:

"This edition of Kansas City Experience features an Art House extra about the documentary Bobbi Jo: Under the Influence, wildlife filmmaker Andrew Wegst, crop diversity in the Midwest, a 90.9 The Bridge in studio performance by Hembree and, in recognition of LGBT History Month, stories about Jon Bussell's art series The Apartment and a father and daughter's journey to acceptance after coming out."

Take a look . . .

Hopefully, more for the morning update . . . STAY TUNED!!!

    1. ^^^^ Nope, it might have actually been entertaining if that was the case. But I see why you would think that, it's pretty gay.

  3. Kcpt has become a lot better at producing shows like this and under the present circumstances it's now harder than ever. But I think a lot of the commenters have noticed the obvious liberal bent of the shows. That's really obvious here. I doesn't matter to me, I'll still pledge annually but I think they risk falling into the same echo chamber as the rest of the media. Not so long ago, they did a better job differentiating their content.
