Turns out that Mizzou didn't need "muscle" to overcome a crisis, just a bit of understanding among it's denizens . . . Take a look:
Report Notes Progress on Diversity and Inclusion at Missouri
The American Council on Education released its second evaluation report of the University of Missouri's diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, which found that the university made significant strides in addressing issues of race on campus over the last five years but must do more to regain the trust of people of color.
In other words Mizzou folded like a cheap lawn chair but has to fold some more to satisfy the leftist loonies in the educational indoctrination department. All this is costing the public as well as the students a lot of money, with no benefit except to "regain the trust" of some snowflakes. Hey snowflakes, this is easy: if you don't trust MU, go elsewhere.

ReplyDeleteJust look at the garbage MU engineer grads and pushed on the tax paying public. The interchanges in Liberty and Lee’s Summit where people drive around roundabouts and on the left side of the road.
How many people in st joe are pissed off at the MU grad at MoDOT who works the traffic lights?
I hope that once great institution can regain its stature before its too late. I keep hoping every year that they will finally say "hey, we're sorry we destroyed your University over a completely made-up non-existent incident; please middle class kids come back before its too late." Not looking too good though. The legislature needs to but funding until all the "diversity coordinators" are fired. The least paid one was $130k. There is one paid by every school within the University and probably a handful in the administration as well. That's probably 5 mil that could be readily cut right there.
