ReplyDeleteI've thought some - there is a chance the skies really did open up causing world wide flooding. Something we humans couldn't comprehend on how that would of happened.
You find Noah's ark then the possibility of us all becoming more of a believer than we already are would be good.
Here's something else that even King David wouldn't have the answer to.
ReplyDeleteExplain how the saber toothed tiger and the woolly mammoth were of two species to survive most of the last ice age. What happened to the rest of us? Were we even here or made back then?
Homo Sapiens is at least 300,000 years old. So yes, we weathered many ice ages. Even the group that left Africa about 70,000 years ago and eventually spread throughout the globe somehow managed to survive glacial periods.

ReplyDeleteInterestingly David killed more people (personally) than anyone else in history. It is recorded that he killed tens of thousands of soldiers with just spears, swords, daggers and bow. By himself. As he fought enemies. Although God called him "his favored one", when the temple was being built, God told David not to come or be involved in building it as he had too much blood on his "hands" from killing his enemies. So God both loved him and in some ways disliked him. David was also the richest man on earth, he would be roughly 600 times richer than Bill Gates today and he owned gold worth 60 billion in todays prices. Thus he name has been one of the most popular men's names since that time.
