  1. Jean Petersucker Baker is the most worthless prosecutor ever. Unless you are a hood rat murderer, then she is the best friend you will ever have.

    2. Even before this pandemic of COVID-19. I have always been current with my monthly utilities and I don’t owe my monthly utilities any type of money.

I’m currently current and I’ve always paid with money orders that there’s not any questions regarding on why someone will be on my private property. Taking private property for public use was normally a question for a judge that supports the 28th section of the Missouri state constitution.

Even before this pandemic of COVID-19. I still am current on my monthly utilities and I don’t owe anyone any money. I never borrowed from anyone and I’m strictly legal.

  3. “Police officers followed the suspect to a residence, which according to a witness on-scene, was not the suspect’s home. When officers approached the suspect, the suspect raised and pointed a gun toward an officer. As these facts demonstrate, this is a justified police shooting.”

Most media is reporting HIS garage, which isn't it?

  4. Yeah all we need is a grandstanding race baiting prosecutor trying to try her cases in the media rather than court. Thought she was better than that.

    1. Who their right mind EVER thought she was better than that? She's pandering and vindictive and will do anything to get re-elected. Shouldn't be that hard because Jackson County dirty Dems have and unfortunately always will control that hellhole of a county.

  6. It's a cluster.

Q: Police investigating themselves? Who ever thought that was a good idea?

A: Police Commissioners, judges, prosecutors, legislators.

Now, prosecutorial immunity is suddenly turned AGAINST the police for political gain. Mainly to protect those above the police from being scrutinized.

Courts and prosecutors perpetuated a dangerous street-policing culture based on qualified immunity and superior force. Nobody asks, who encouraged, militarized, and protected violent policing?

And then reversed everything in 2 month's time. Now the street cop gets the shaft and the blame for being a product of established policy, procedure, and training.

I guess cops get to be the goat. Maybe cops need to stop defending and start pointing some fingers at the system too.

    1. The cops don’t police themselves. The Office of Community Complaints (OCC) is a totally separate organization headed by non-cops that police the cops. And there is no love lost between the two organizations.

  7. Petersucker shouldn’t have been involved until the grand jury investigation was completed, that’s when her job starts not before or during the investigation but after, that’s when she receives the information if they deem it necessary. As usual, her pandering to the murdererous, thievin black community and ignorant white sjw’s of the world for votes to keep her in the prosecutors office has overridden her authority and ability to do this job subjectively.

I wonder what the black families that she’s given a false hope of justice to have to say after she’s drug them down a road that only ends in disappointment. It must be a sickening feeling trusting Petersucker with getting justice for real wrongs only to be let down by her incompetence.

Petersucker is just too stupid to do the right thing and she’s proven time after time for ten years now, she’s a complete and udder failure of staggering magnitudes.

You can blame the kkkdemocrat policies for the “system failures” after all, they created them to hold the black folks down.

The kkkdemocrats killed the republican President Lincoln because he freed the slaves and they’ve been pissed off ever since.

You see, it’s all about controlling the blacks with these people, they refuse to let them e black people go.... let my people go!

If black people want the to be free of the kkkdemocrats it’s time to support President Trump who truly supports black people.

Do you actually believe this shit?

    The police are obstructing justice.

When the police don't follow the rules, they are not the police anymore.

  10. There seems to be a push among leftist prosecutors to diminish the importance of grand jury indictments. The corrupt Atlanta DA who just brought inflated charges against a city cop is saying the same thing as Baker. The Soros organizations spent a lot of (dark) money to get their prosecutors elected. Now that organization is telling them what to say.

As a reminder, indictment of a citizen for serious crimes only by his fellow citizens on a grand jury, is a Constitutional right.

I seriously want to know what kind of crack you’ve been smoking because it’s not only made you stupid but now you’re bordering on being a psychopath.

The dispicable dimwit policy of harming the futures of black people for the last 160 years has finally been revealed, you must be one of those kkk grand wizards or something to get that upset over being caught.
