Clay County Commission Threatens To Take Back Millions In Coronavirus Funding From Kansas City

The Clay County Commission is demanding that the roughly $11.7 million in funding for coronavirus expenses it gave to Kansas City be spent within Clay County borders. The Kansas City Council voted in late May to have the funds go toward projects within the county with the exception of administrative costs or spending "not otherwise readily divisible based on geographic boundaries."

Sounds like Luanne is getting even bitchier as her kleptomania becomes more and more recognized. She and Gene had no alternatives to rushing to get the cash handed out to their friends and supporters in the Development Community.

No one who pays even the slightest attention to the goings on in KCMO imagines that the mayor and clowncil need any help at all in "ruining" KCMO.
They continue to do a bang-up job all by themselves.

It seems like a reasonable demand on the part of Clay County. Of course the drunken sailors running Kansas City aren't going to like it.

Clay county, Missouri should keep their money because they’ve already been declined by the state level.

Instead of asking the citizens of Jackson county, Missouri to use their court rooms.
